Delivery/RTO fees will be reimbursed to the Seller's account if CargoWale declares the package lost.
In case of Service termination, the Seller will raise a notification to the Cargowale account team requesting the reversal of the remaining miles. This would be paid to the Seller in the form of a Cheque or Demand Draft with the company's registered name, addressed to the registration address or to any address the Seller had provided in his request to close the account.
In case of non-delivery, Cargowale shall reimburse/refund any COD charges deducted from the Seller's Miles Account.
Once the Refund will approved we will credit the amount in customer bank account within 5-7 working days

Terms of Use
1. Cargowale is a company established
under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Its registered address is

Delivery,
reverse pick up, and other services are all provided by Cargowale as part of its
e-commerce logistics operations.
2. For delivery ("Delivery") and reverse pick-up ("DTO") of his packages across numerous locations in India, the merchant ("Seller") uses the services of Cargowale.
3. The Seller acknowledges using the Cargowale’s website to conduct his online transactions.
4. The Seller shall add their Cargowale Miles Account and enter the username and password (“Log in Credentials”). Cargowale shall not be accountable to the Seller for any misuse of their username or password. The Seller will be solely responsible for the security of their Log in Credentials.
5. Cargowale Miles, which can only be redeemed for using Cargowale services, serve as the medium of exchange in the Cargowale Miles Account.
6. For any reason, Cargowale reserves the authority to provide promotional credits to the seller. In the Seller's Miles Account, this would be classified as a promotional credit.
7. The Seller can add cash to the Cargowale Miles Account by using his Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Online Bank Transfer using the authorized PG. The seller can also manually hand over a cheque/ draft, and the miles will be credited within 3 working days after the cheque/ draft confirmation. If a cheque or draft is deposited, the credit will appear in the Seller's Miles Account under the heading of Manual Recharge Credit.
8. The Seller must upload all necessary information to the Seller Panel, such as the weight of the item, the pick-up address, the type of goods, and the delivery address. The applicable delivery fees ("Delivery Fees") will be determined by Cargowale software once the seller has submitted all the necessary information.Depending on the actual weight of the box, money will either be returned or taken from the seller's miles account for the delivery charges, which will initially be based on a default value of 1 kg.
9. The Cargowale software will accept the package for delivery. It will deduct the delivery fees once the seller uploads all the necessary package details and has a minimum balance in his or her Miles account. In the case of a Cash on Delivery ("COD") package, additional COD charges ("COD Charges") shall be deducted from the Seller's Miles account.
10. In case of non-delivery of the package, the RTO charges ("RTO Charges") will be deducted from the Seller's Miles account once the package is sent from the dispatch center for return. Cargowale shall undertake the RTO only when the seller has a Minimum Balance in their Wallet.
11. If the customer returns the package, the RTO fees ("RTO Fees") will be deducted from the seller's miles account once the consumer stamps the package as returned. Cargowale shall undertake the RTO only when the seller has a Minimum Balance in their Wallet.
12. In case of Delivery, within 72 hours
of the seller uploading the shipment to the seller panel, Cargowale shall upload the
correct weight of the package.
Additional refunds or deductions from the
Wallet must be issued following comparing the weights of the package uploaded by
Cargowale and the Seller. If the shipment weighs less than 1 kg, the seller's
miles account will be credited with the appropriate amount of money; if the box
weighs more than 1 kg, the seller's miles account will be debited with the
appropriate amount of money.
13. Cargowale shall perform Delivery/ RTO solely based on the information provided by the seller. Cargowale will not be held liable for delivering a shipment to the incorrect address or failing to deliver one altogether. In this case, the Delivery/Return Charges will be deducted from the Seller's Miles Account, and the seller will not be eligible for reimbursement.
14. The delivery/return fees, COD fees (if applicable), service tax, and fuel surcharge will all be deducted from the total amount. Regardless of anything stated above, Entry Tax and OCTROI must be generated separately and manually deducted from the Seller's Miles Account.
15. Cargowale shall generate the final invoice ("Final Invoice") at the end of each month. The Final Invoice shall serve solely for all the reconciliations and reimbursements.
16. Any disagreements arising from this agreement must be resolved by arbitration with a single arbitrator chosen by Cargowale, in line with the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act's rules. Gurgaon will be the location of the arbitration.
